How good is puredrive electrical service?

Replacment units have been provided under warranty, and fitted by Puredrive staff in a very timely manner. Technical support provided by Jack to our local installer Cavin at Doyle Electrical Services has also been first class. Excellent service from all concerened.

Does puredrive support a faulty battery?

Great support for a battery issue. After a bit of toing and froing with updates to the inverter and battery firmware, eventually one of the battery packs was identified as faulty. Puredrive support organised a replacement battery to be shipped next day and use the packaging to return the defective battery. All organised by puredrive.

What happened to puredrive & Duracell?

Puredrive has recently merged with Duracell, and we required new marketing material. It was a pleasure speaking to Jack, who got everything organised efficiently, 5 * service. Can a puredrive battery & EV car charger work together?

We took the recommendation from the installer and went for a Puredrive battery and EV car charger (it works in unison with the Invertor and Solar and can charge with excess solar only. So far - no issues with the battery. However the charger did have some issues, but these have now been resolved.
