We were the first supplier worldwide to develop an innovative contacting process for welding round battery cells efficiently.

What tests do MIBA battery systems perform?

We have in-house state-of-the-art test rigs to perform functional tests such as life cycle, aging, performance or abuse tests. Miba Battery Systems develops and produces lithium-ion battery packs and energy storage systems based on laser-welded cylindrical cells.

This is why Miba develops new solutions for the temperature management of batteries such as the Miba FLEXcooler® for electric vehicles. The battery specialist Voltlabor, now Miba Battery Systems, manufactures advanced battery systems in Bad Leonfelden. Miba develops and produces functionally critical components along the entire energy value chain.
