Close to 1,000 Households Finish Subsidized Solar Panel
Nearly 1,000 households have completed investments supported by subsidies for solar panel and battery storage, the Energy Ministry said on Tuesday, according to a report by state news wire MTI. The HUF 105.8 bln of subsidies available in the scheme are expected to support investments at over 20,000 homes.

The scheme could support solar panel and battery storage investments at over 25,000 homes. Under the scheme, households may apply for up to HUF 5m in support, covering two-thirds of investment cost. More than 280,000 homes in Hungary have solar panels.
